Job Summary:
VIOBILITY Research Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and Analytical Quality Analyst to join our Quality Control laboratory team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality through testing, documentation, and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Quality control testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Maintain and update quality control documentation and records accurately
- Monitor production and laboratory processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality systems
- Experience in handling and operating pharmaceutical laboratory instruments such as HPLC, UV-Visible spectrophotometer, and analytical balance, including calibration, routine analysis, and maintenance in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines.
- Identify deviations or out-of-specification results and support investigations
- Collaborate with QA, production, and research teams to maintain product quality
Qualifications:
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
- Fresher or 1–2 years of experience.
- Hands-on experience in Assay, Dissolution testing, and HPLC.
Required Skills:
- Familiarity with analytical instruments (HPLC preferred & Other for lab roles)
- Knowledge of quality control processes and laboratory practices
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Basic understanding of GMP/GLP guidelines
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
Salary:
- Freshers: ₹10,000 per month (fixed) for the first 6 months with No deductions and After 6 months, salary will be revised based on performance, and statutory deductions (EPF & ESIC) will be applicable as per company policy
- Experienced Candidates: Salary will be commensurate with experience, skills, and interview performance
