As we expand our pickleball program, we are looking for passionate and skilled Pickleball Coaches to train and inspire players.
Role Overview
As a Pickleball Coach at Game Theory, you will be responsible for teaching, mentoring, and improving the skills of players of all ages and experience levels. You will also play a key role in developing a structured coaching program with clear progression levels to ensure systematic learning and skill development.
Responsibilities
- Coach players at beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels.
- Develop and implement a structured coaching program with skill progression.
- Plan and lead training sessions, drills, and match strategies.
- Assess player progress and provide personalized feedback.
- Ensure safety and maintain high coaching standards.
- Prepare players for leagues, tournaments, and competitive play.
Qualifications
Must Have
- Experience in pickleball coaching or competitive play.
- Strong knowledge of pickleball techniques, strategies, and rules.
- Ability to develop and execute training programs.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Commitment to player safety and sportsmanship.
Good to Have
- Certification in pickleball coaching (PPR, IPTPA, or equivalent).
- Experience coaching kids, adults, and competitive players.
- Background in fitness training or sports science.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
