Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior HR Executive who would be responsible for overseeing and managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR policy implementation. This role ensures the effective execution of HR strategies that align with the company’s goals and support a positive organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, and selection.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and job portals.
Employee Relations
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Performance Management
- Support the implementation and monitoring of performance appraisal systems.
- Work with department heads to identify performance gaps and training needs.
Training & Development
- Organize and coordinate training programs and workshops.
- Track employee development and maintain training records.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Ensure timely processing of payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
- Support statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
HR Strategy & Policy
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in HR planning, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- 10-15 years of HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRMS software.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
