We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Manager – ERP Sales who will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the sales team, and ensuring the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
The ideal candidate should take complete ownership and accountability for the sales pipeline, including lead generation, team coordination, client engagement, and deal closures. The role requires strong collaboration with marketing, sales coordinators, and internal teams to ensure consistent lead flow and successful conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Target Achievement
- Take full ownership and accountability for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Lead, guide, and monitor the sales team to ensure consistent performance
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth
Lead Generation & Pipeline Management
- Ensure continuous lead generation through marketing campaigns, networking, and industry outreach
- Coordinate with marketing teams to execute lead generation and demand generation activities
- Track and manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups and deal closures
Sales Execution
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including lead qualification, client meetings, product demonstrations, proposal preparation, negotiations, and closing deals
- Present and position ERP / software solutions effectively to clients
- Ensure timely preparation of proposals, commercial discussions, and contract finalization
Team Coordination
- Work closely with sales coordinators for lead tracking, follow-ups, and sales documentation
- Collaborate with marketing teams for campaigns, events, and promotional activities
- Coordinate with product, implementation, and support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and long-term partnerships
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Monitor sales performance and team productivity
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and pipeline performance
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management
Team Development
- Provide training, mentoring, and guidance to junior sales team members
- Ensure the team follows structured sales processes and CRM practices
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in ERP / software / SaaS solutions
- Experience in selling software solutions to real estate developers/builders is highly preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong lead generation, negotiation, and deal closure skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills
- Experience managing sales teams and coordinating with marketing teams
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development
