We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive with experience in sales, lead generation, and client acquisition. Candidates must have prior experience in a digital marketing, advertising, or branding agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and sales pitches.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Build strong client relationships and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records and coordinate with internal teams.
Requirements & Skills
- 1.5–3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Mandatory: Experience in a Digital Marketing/Advertising/Branding Agency.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client handling skills.
- Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and client conversion.
- Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), MS Office, and Google Workspace.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
