Responsibilities
· Maintenance & Repair: Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment, including machinery, control systems (PLC, SCADA), and instrumentation.
· Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve electrical faults, equipment failures, and system issues to prevent downtime.
· Preventative Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures to proactively avoid problems and ensure continuous operation.
· Safety & Compliance: Ensure all electrical systems comply with relevant safety standards, regulations, and environmental rules.
· Record Keeping: Maintain detailed logs of all maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment condition.
· Technical Support: Provide technical guidance, training, and supervision to maintenance technicians and junior engineers.
· Inventory Management: Manage and track inventory of spare electrical parts and components, ordering as needed.
· Documentation & Reporting: Generate maintenance reports for management and investigate the root causes of failures to implement preventative measures.
· System Improvement: Assist in the installation of new equipment and contribute to the development of reliability programs to improve equipment lifespan.
Skills & Qualifications
· Education: Typically requires a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field, though some roles may accept an associate's degree or equivalent experience.
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in electrical diagnostics, control systems (PLC, SCADA), fault finding, and the maintenance of instrumentation and control equipment.
· Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and practical problem-solving skills to identify and implement solutions for electrical issues.
· Collaboration: Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team with good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Computer Skills: Strong computer skills for operating systems and managing maintenance data.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
