Responsibilities:
- Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures
- Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, verifying documents and conducting background checks
- Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
- Attendance & leave management
- Managing employee benefits and compensation packages
- Maintaining high level of confidentiality
- Conducting performance evaluations and mapping & updating to the management
- Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts
- Ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations
- Preparing and presenting HR related reports
- Managing employee separation processes
- Processing the Full & Finals
- Ensure all processes & SOPs are strictly followed.
- Adhering to the compliances; ensuring all company licenses, insurance are up-to-date and securely maintained
- Monitoring the stock record of office stationeries and providing the timely record to the management.
- Proactively suggesting the employee engagement activity.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
