Business Development Manager (BDM)
The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities in both domestic and international markets, with a specific focus on establishing B2B partnerships with Odoo partners, business consultants, chartered accountants (CAs), and other potential partners. The BDM will lead high-value ERP solution sales, manage inbound and outbound leads, and ensure deal closure and payment collection. This role includes overseeing a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs), building client relationships, and driving the company’s sales and marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Domestic and Overseas Lead Generation:
Identify and approach potential clients, both in domestic and international markets, who require ERP or CRM solutions.
Expand business through partnerships with Odoo partners, business consultants, and CAs, particularly in international markets.
Ensure all inbound leads, including those from international markets, are handled promptly.
B2B Sales with Odoo Partners, Business Consultants, CAs, and Other Potential Partners:
Build and foster strong B2B relationships with Odoo partners, business consultants, CAs, and other relevant partners both domestically and overseas.
Collaborate with Odoo partners and consultants to explore mutual business opportunities, such as joint ventures, partnerships, and collaborative projects.
Facilitate partnerships with CAs and other consultants to drive ERP sales through their networks and client bases.
Act as the primary point of contact for developing strategies and proposals for B2B sales with these partners.
Sales Process:
Conduct product demos and sales meetings, both virtual and in-person, with domestic and international clients.
Provide estimates and proposals tailored to the specific needs of B2B partners and B2C clients.
Ensure efficient deal closure and timely payment collection.
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs).
Train the team on domestic and international sales processes, with an emphasis on B2B sales with Odoo partners, business consultants, and CAs.
Client Relationship Management:
Build long-lasting relationships with both domestic and international clients to ensure repeat business.
Manage international client relationships with cultural awareness and sensitivity, fostering long-term partnerships.
Sales & Marketing Targets:
Achieve company sales goals through a mix of domestic sales and international partnerships.
Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing efforts for both B2B and B2C sales.
Reporting & Strategic Input:
Provide regular updates on the progress of domestic and international sales performance.
Contribute to the development of strategies for entering new markets and expanding B2B partnerships with Odoo partners, business consultants, and CAs.

B2B Sales with Odoo Partners, Business Consultants, and CAs:
Build relationships and secure B2B opportunities with Odoo partners, business consultants, and CAs both domestically and internationally.
Facilitate joint ventures, collaborations, and sales through these partnerships.
Lead Handling & Sales Closing:
Ensure that all inbound leads, including those from B2B partnerships, are handled in a timely and professional manner.
Oversee outbound lead generation activities, focusing on reaching out to potential B2B partners and international markets.
Close deals and ensure payment collection from B2B and B2C clients.
Team Building & Training:
Build a competent and knowledgeable team of BDEs, providing them with training focused on international sales, B2B partnerships, and ERP solutions.
Customer Relations & Payment Collection:
Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and the timely collection of payments.
Sales & Revenue Targets:
Meet and exceed sales targets, including those from domestic clients and international B2B partnerships.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
Leads Generated (Domestic & International):
Number of new leads generated domestically and internationally.
Number of new B2B opportunities created with Odoo partners, business consultants, and CAs.
Client Demos/Meetings:
Number of client demos or meetings conducted, both virtual and in-person.
Estimates & Proposals Shared:
Number of estimates and proposals shared with both B2B and B2C clients.
Deals Closed:
Number of deals closed, including those with Odoo partners, business consultants, and CAs.
Revenue Generated:
Total revenue generated from domestic and international clients, as well as B2B partnerships.
Team Performance:
Performance of the BDE team, measured by individual and collective sales achievements.
Customer Retention:
Number of repeat business or retained clients from both domestic and international sales.
Daily Reporting Structure :
The daily reporting will be tracked using Odoo CRM, focusing on quantitative metrics. Each day’s performance will be recorded by numbers only:
New Leads Generated:
Number of new leads added to the CRM, categorized by domestic and international.
Number of new B2B opportunities created with Odoo partners, business consultants, and CAs.
Follow-ups Completed:
Number of follow-up activities completed with both B2B and B2C leads.
Demos Conducted:
Number of demos or client meetings (virtual or in-person).
Proposals/Estimates Sent:
Number of proposals/estimates shared with clients.
Deals Closed:
Number of deals closed for the day (domestic and international).
Revenue Generated:
Revenue booked from closed deals, both domestic and international, with a breakdown for B2B partnerships.
Challenges & Support Required:
Any challenges faced that may require management intervention.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
