As part of our growing team, we are currently hiring experienced BIM professionals for the following positions:

MEP BIM Modeler – 2 Vacancies
Architectural / Structural BIM Modeler – 2 Vacancies
Job Description
- Develop accurate 3D BIM models using Revit and related BIM software
- Prepare and manage shop drawings, GA drawings, and detailed modeling deliverables
- Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, MEP, and multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Ensure BIM standards, project requirements, and client specifications are followed
- Participate in clash detection and model coordination activities
- Support modular building and prefabrication project workflows
- Maintain project documentation and timely delivery of assigned tasks
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in BIM Modeling
- Strong working knowledge of Revit and BIM workflows
- Experience in Architectural, Structural, or MEP modeling
- Prior experience in Modular Building projects will be an added advantage
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within project deadlines

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
