About the Role
Chess Vanguard is looking for passionate and skilled Chess Coaches to conduct online classes for students of all ages and skill levels. Whether you’re a FIDE-rated player, a professional coach, or an experienced chess enthusiast who loves teaching, this is your opportunity to share your knowledge and earn from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging 1:1 or group online chess classes via Zoom or Google Meet.
- Teach basic to advanced chess strategies, openings, tactics, and endgames.
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Communicate clearly with parents and students about schedules and performance.
Requirements (Must Have)
- Strong understanding of chess fundamentals (Rated players preferred).
- Excellent communication and teaching skills in English or Hindi.
- Must have a laptop/PC with a stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps).
- Punctual, professional, and passionate about mentoring students.
