KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Pre checking whether all the necessary information is available to proceed for the sample development or even for bulk.
Forwarding the requests of developments to PPC as per customer requirements received through mail or whatsapp groups.
Share fabric outsourcing details with marketing team for development purposes (in case of non-availability)
Arranging new qualities/designs hangers, upon the requests of customerMaintaining & Updating sample development with status on daily basis
Sending a request to sourcing dept, for creation of new quality griege/finish code.
Follow up with concerned dept on development status of samples
Submit challan copies for Grey GRN processing of customer-supplied fabrics
Update customer on sample and bulk production status
Share daily dispatch details with MIS for FOB/sample invoice generation
Share daily AWB updates with customers for sample tracking
Punch sales order upon receipt of bulk PO from customer
Handover the approved cutting to the PPC dept for bulk production after the receipt
Follow up on FOB sample dispatch post-printing
Share FOB sample approval/rejection status with concerned team
Sharing the Final packing list for the Dispatch advise (Delta)
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
