Job Title: Billing Engineer – PHE/FF

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, verify, and certify Running Account (RA) bills for PHE and Fire Fighting subcontractors as per approved BOQs, contract conditions, and site progress.
- Conduct physical site measurements for plumbing, drainage, water supply, STP/WTP, fire sprinkler, hydrant, and fire suppression systems.
- Reconcile measured quantities with approved drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Review and validate subcontractor claims and invoices for accuracy and compliance.
- Identify billing discrepancies and coordinate with the site and contracts teams for resolution.
- Prepare and process variation orders for scope changes and additional works.
- Perform rate analysis for variations and maintain records of approved and pending variations.
- Develop and maintain MIS reports on billing status, certifications, pending claims, and cost projections.
- Track certified versus claimed amounts and monitor cost-to-complete estimates.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and MEP consultants to align billing milestones with project schedules.
- Assist in the preparation and certification of final bills for subcontractors.
- Reconcile material issuance against actual consumption and project requirements.
- Support subcontract account closure and final financial settlements.
- Maintain measurement books (MBs), billing records, and supporting documents in an organised and audit-ready format.
- Ensure compliance with contractual, technical, and documentation requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
