We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer with 5+ years of experience to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI-driven solutions. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable AI models and intelligent applications. The Senior AI Engineer will be responsible for building and optimizing machine learning models, integrating AI capabilities into existing systems, and ensuring the performance, reliability, and scalability of AI solutions that drive business value.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Python-based Generative AI applications
- Build and optimize solutions using LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
- Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using vector databases
- Develop AI agents, workflows, and tools using frameworks like LangChain / LangGraph
- Integrate AI models with backend systems via REST APIs / FastAPI
- Handle prompt engineering, output validation, and response formatting
- Optimize model performance, cost, latency, and accuracy
- Implement logging, monitoring, and usage tracking for LLM calls
- Work with structured (SQL) and unstructured data (PDFs, docs, emails)
- Collaborate with frontend, backend, and product teams to deliver AI features
- Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance in AI workflows
- Stay updated with the latest trends in Generative AI and LLM ecosystems
