Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Experience: 3–5 Years
Salary: Upto- 6.00LPA
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor financial performance and recommend corrective actions to improve profitability.
- Prepare and present financial reports, MIS, and business insights to the management.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Support strategic business decisions through financial planning and analysis.
- Oversee the maintenance of books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF, ESI, ROC, and other statutory requirements.
- Lead, guide, and mentor the finance and accounts team.
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and working capital efficiently.
- Develop and implement strong financial controls, policies, and risk management practices.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, Financial Reporting, and Compliance.
- Experience in Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
- Excellent understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, PF, and ESI compliances.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and ERP/Accounting software.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Qualification:
- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
