Job Title: Patient Coordinator (OPD)

Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage OPD patient appointments and registrations.
- Assist patients with consultations, follow-ups, and service information.
- Ensure smooth patient flow and effective communication between patients and clinical departments.
- Handle patient queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Patient Coordinator, Front Office Executive, or similar role in a hospital.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
