Job Overview
We are looking for a Telecaller (Inside Sales Executive) with 1–3 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer engagement. This role involves lead generation, counseling prospective learners, and driving enrollments through effective communication.
Note :Candidates must be based in or around Mohali/Chandigarh to ensure seamless coordination with our team and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to students, parents, and working professionals.
- Present and promote TechnoCLASS Edtech’s courses and offerings.
- Understand learner needs and recommend suitable programs.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate data in CRM systems and share customer insights.
- Build lasting relationships while ensuring a positive customer experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (any discipline).
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or BPO/EdTech sales.
- Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close sales effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Candidates from Mohali, Chandigarh, or nearby areas will be given preference.
