- Handle customer queries and complaints through calls/chat/email.
- Provide quick and accurate resolutions to customers.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and positive customer experience.
- Follow company policies and process guidelines.
- Maintain call quality and productivity targets.
- Update customer details and interaction record
- Eligibility Criteria:-
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers & Experienced both can apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Basic computer knowledge required.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Ability to handle customer concerns professionally.s in the system.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
