Job Description – Machine Maintenance & Electrical Maintenance Engineer / Technician (Manufacturing Industry)
Position: Machine Maintenance & Electrical Maintenance (Hydraulic & Electrical)
Location: Mandideep, Madhya Pradesh
Industry: Manufacturing
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 CTC per month
Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Tech (Electrical, Mechanical, EEE, Mechatronics or Relevant Trade)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machines.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
- Maintain hydraulic power packs, pumps, valves, cylinders, and pipelines.
- Diagnose electrical faults in motors, control panels, sensors, PLC wiring, and drives.
- Ensure smooth operation of plant machinery with minimum downtime.
- Maintain maintenance records and prepare daily reports.
- Follow safety standards and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical maintenance.
- Understanding of industrial machines and control panels.
- Ability to troubleshoot machine breakdowns independently.
- Basic knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, motors, and electrical circuits is preferred.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
