Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers/leads provided by the company.
- Explain the required information clearly to customers.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain customer details and call status.
- Update daily calling reports.
- Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets.
Requirements
- Any Degree
- Good communication skills in Tamil
- Basic English communication is preferred
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good telephone etiquette
- Willingness to learn and work towards targets
