Key Responsibilities
Vendor Management & Development
- Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage vendors for materials, furniture, hardware, modular solutions, and project-related services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new vendors to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Conduct periodic vendor performance evaluations based on quality, pricing, delivery timelines, and service standards.
- Develop alternate vendor sources to reduce dependency and optimize procurement efficiency.
Procurement & Commercial Operations
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and service agreements with vendors.
- Ensure cost optimization while maintaining required quality standards.
- Coordinate with procurement, design, production, and project teams for material planning and availability.
- Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supply chain risks.
Operational Coordination
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials as per project schedules.
- Resolve vendor-related operational issues, escalations, and disputes effectively.
- Maintain proper documentation related to purchase orders, agreements, invoices, and vendor records.
- Collaborate with finance teams for payment tracking and reconciliation processes.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure vendors comply with company quality standards, policies, and contractual obligations.
- Monitor product quality and coordinate corrective actions when required.
- Ensure adherence to safety, legal, and compliance requirements.
Team Management & Reporting
- Lead and guide the vendor management/procurement team for smooth execution of daily operations.
- Prepare MIS reports, vendor performance reports, procurement analysis, and cost-saving reports for management review.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies within the vendor management function.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Operations, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA or relevant certification will be an added advantage.
Experience Required
- 8–12 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, supply chain, or operations.
- Prior experience in interior design, modular furniture, construction, manufacturing, or related industries preferred.
- Strong understanding of vendor sourcing, procurement cycles, and supply chain operations.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
