About the role
Support the sales team with quotations, proposals, presentations, and sales documentation.
Coordinate with customers for routine follow-ups, documentation, meeting schedules, and information requirements.
Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective customers and ensure timely follow-up on pending actions.
Coordinate with technical, design, costing, and project teams to collect information required by the sales team and customers.
Maintain accurate customer, inquiry, quotation, and follow-up records in the CRM/ERP system.
Track quotations and proposals and coordinate follow-up actions with the respective Sales Executive or Sales Manager.
Schedule customer meetings, demonstrations, factory visits, and internal sales discussions.
Support trade show planning, customer invitations, appointment scheduling, and post-event follow-ups.
Ensure timely sharing of technical documents, presentations, commercial documents, and other information requested by customers.
Requirements
0–3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, customer coordination, or a similar role.
Experience in B2B sales, industrial machinery, capital equipment, engineering, or manufacturing is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent coordination, follow-up, and organizational abilities.
Ability to communicate professionally with customers through email, telephone, and online meetings.
Good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups simultaneously.
Comfortable working with CRM or ERP systems for maintaining customer and sales records.
Ability to coordinate effectively across Sales, Technical, Design, Costing, and Project teams.
Proactive, systematic, and customer-oriented approach to work.
