Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional with experience in Trade Promotion Management (TPM), OTC operations, rebates, deductions, and accrual management.
The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in SAP OTC, Vistex, and/or HighRadius Trade modules with strong analytical, reconciliation, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate and process trade promotion/rebate claims against approved contracts and pricing terms
- Validate promotional invoices using EPOS data and promotional plans
- Create, monitor, and reconcile trade spend accruals
- Prepare and post credit/debit notes and settlements
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service teams for issue resolution
- Work on claim validation, promotion matching, and settlement processing
- Track and report KPIs related to claims, accruals, and recovery rates
- Identify process improvement opportunities and reduce revenue leakage
- Maintain compliance documentation and support audit activities
