We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with1-2 years experience to join our growing IT software company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and bringing projects related to website development, mobile applications, and software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Find and connect with potential clients who need website development, mobile app development, or software solutions
Generate new business opportunities through online platforms, networking, LinkedIn, emails, calls, and referrals
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Handle lead generation and follow-ups to convert prospects into clients
Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches
Meet monthly sales and business development targets
Maintain records of client interactions and project opportunities
Requirements
Good communication and negotiation skills
Basic understanding of IT services, websites, mobile apps, and software development
Experience in business development, sales, or lead generation is preferred
Knowledge of platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, email marketing, or cold calling is a plus
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident personality
