Job Description:
We are looking to hire an In-House Graphic Designer with hands-on experience in Offset Printing Design, preferably from the packaging, paper products, or printing industry.
The candidate should have strong designing skills and be able to create print-ready artworks for production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and modify designs for paper cups and packaging products
- Prepare artwork files for offset printing production
- Develop layouts, mockups, and print-ready files
- Ensure design accuracy, color matching, and production feasibility
- Coordinate with production and sales teams for design requirements
- Maintain design records and support product development activities
Required Skills:
- Experience in Offset Printing Designing (mandatory)
- Good knowledge of:
- CorelDRAW
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator (preferred)
- Other relevant designing tools
- Understanding of printing concepts such as:
- CMYK colors
- Bleed & margins
- Artwork setup
- Print file preparation
- Creativity with attention to detail
Experience:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in offset printing / packaging design preferred
Education:
- Diploma / Graduate in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field preferred
Preferred Industry:
Packaging | Paper Products | Offset Printing | Paper Cup Manufacturing
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience)
