Delhi Public School, Gurugram is looking for a dynamic and visionary professional to lead the planning, execution, and operational setup of our upcoming residential boarding facility at Sector 67A Gurugram
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure & Space Planning
- Work with architects, vendors, and consultants
- Ensure boarding infrastructure is student-friendly, safe, modern, and operationally efficient
Project Execution
- Develop systems and SOPs for hostel operations
- Coordinate implementation of security, housekeeping, dining, medical, and pastoral care facilities
Boarding Strategy & Admissions
- Develop the overall boarding school concept and positioning
- Create outreach and admissions strategy for boarding students across India
- Build partnerships with admission consultants and feeder schools
- Participate in education fairs and promotional activities
Team Building & Operations
* Recruit and train:
- Pastoral / Hostel wardens
- Residential staff
- Nurses
- Counsellors
- Administrative and support teams
- Establish culture, discipline, routines, and student wellbeing systems
Desired Profile
* Experience in boarding schools, hospitality, residential campuses, education infrastructure, or large-scale student housing projects
* Strong project management and leadership skills
* Understanding of K-12 residential education ecosystem preferred
* Ability to independently drive a project from concept to execution
