Position Summary
The Faculty – Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is responsible for delivering academic instruction, providing clinical supervision, mentoring learners, and supporting curriculum development in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. The role may be engaged as a full-time on-site faculty member or as a visiting faculty member with remote or hybrid responsibilities.

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must possess at least one of the following active credentials:
- Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA)
- Qualified Autism Services Practitioner-Supervisor (QASP-S)
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
Note: Applicants holding only an ABAT (Applied Behavior Analysis Technician) certification are not eligible for this position.
Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom instruction on ABA principles, interventions, ethics, and evidence-based practices.
- Conduct lectures, workshops, seminars, and training sessions.
- Develop and update curriculum, course materials, and assessment tools.
- Evaluate student performance and competency.
Clinical Supervision
- Provide direct supervision to trainees and supervisees in accordance with credentialing body guidelines.
- Conduct case discussions, consultations, and fieldwork supervision.
- Review documentation, session notes, and competency assessments.
- Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
Mentorship & Training
- Mentor students, interns, and supervisees throughout their learning journey.
- Support professional development and skill enhancement initiatives.
- Guide trainees in ethical and clinical decision-making.
Program Development & Quality Assurance
- Participate in program evaluation and accreditation activities.
- Contribute to research initiatives and evidence-based practice development.
- Collaborate with academic and clinical teams to maintain educational quality standards.
- Support curriculum review and continuous improvement initiatives.
Remote/Visiting Faculty Responsibilities (if applicable)
- Provide supervision and consultations through approved virtual platforms.
- Deliver online lectures and modular coursework.
- Maintain scheduled supervision sessions and communication with learners.
- Participate in academic meetings and faculty discussions remotely.
Qualification & ExperienceEducational Qualification
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
Mandatory Certification
- Active QBA, QASP-S, BCBA, or BCaBA credential in good standing.
Experience
- Prior teaching, training, clinical supervision, or academic experience preferred.
- Experience in remote or hybrid supervision is desirable for visiting faculty positions.

Working Conditions
Full-Time Faculty

Visiting Faculty
- Flexible work arrangements.
- Remote supervision through video conferencing or approved technology platforms.
- Scheduled availability as per institutional requirements.
