- Analyze and understand high-level requirements for performance testing projects.
- Design and implement performance test plans using JMeter.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Monitor and analyze application performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Provide recommendations for performance optimization based on test results.
- Document test cases, results, and performance reports for stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in performance testing and APM.
- Proficiency in JMeter for performance testing.
- Strong understanding of application performance management (APM) tools and methodologies.
- Experience in analyzing performance metrics and generating reports.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with other performance testing tools and frameworks.
- Knowledge of scripting languages for automation.
- Experience in Agile methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in performance testing and consulting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
