Job Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day construction operations and project coordination.
Generate business leads and develop client relationships.
Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, and site teams.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and project reports.
Monitor project progress, quality, timelines, and budgets.
Lead office and site teams to ensure efficient project execution.
Plan and execute marketing initiatives to increase business opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Requirements
Graduate in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3–7 years of experience in construction, operations, or business development.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM and project management tools is preferred.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
