Senior Business Development Executive (EdTech)

Job Responsibilities
* Generate and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other outreach channels.
* Counsel prospective students on SkillDzire's courses, internships, and training programs.
* Convert leads into enrollments and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing students.
* Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to enrollment.
* Update lead status, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and monitor lead conversion performance.
* Track team and individual sales performance, pipeline progress, and follow-up activities.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding experience.
* Stay updated on course offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
* 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Academic Counselling.
* Prior experience in the EdTech industry is preferred.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.
* Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
* Leadership ability with the capability to monitor performance and drive results.
