*JD 1 — Application Support Engineer (Full-Stack)*Must have 2–3 years building/supporting production web or mobile apps Flutter/Dart — building and debugging apps for Android, iOS and web (mandatory) Python + FastAPI (or Django/Flask) and REST API development PostgreSQL — schema, queries, migrations, basic tuning Git, Docker, reading logs/traces to root-cause issues Working Linux and AWS familiarity (EC2, RDS, S3) Good to have: React/Vite (internal analytics tools), Redis caching, JWT/auth flows, Play Store / App Store release process, Firebase push notifications, Prometheus/Grafana, AWS Bedrock or other LLM API integration.
JD 2 — Infrastructure & DevOps Support Engineer
Location: Wadala (twice in week)

*JD 2 — Infrastructure & DevOps Support Engineer · 2–3 yrs · Full-time*Role: Own the deployment, uptime, monitoring, and security of the VoteBank platform on AWS. Hands-on with code — this is a DevOps role with full-stack debugging expectations.Must have• 2–3 years in DevOps/SRE/infra support• AWS: EKS, RDS (PostgreSQL), S3, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, Route53• Docker & Docker Compose; Linux administration and shell scripting• CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar), nginx, SSL/TLS• Monitoring & observability: Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, log aggregation• Comfortable reading/patching Python (FastAPI) and JS code to debug issues• Good to have: Kubernetes/ECS, Terraform, Redis operations, PostgreSQL backup/restore & DR drills, security hardening and cost optimization.
