Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware systems and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware and network issues.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure.
- Provide technical support to end-users.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth operation of hardware systems.
- Document hardware configurations and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Knowledge of computer hardware components and peripherals.
- Familiarity with networking concepts.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
