Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow social media platforms: Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Shorts, Reels
Convert podcast episodes into viral clips & reels
Plan and execute content strategy for maximum reach & engagement
Write engaging captions, hooks & storytelling-based posts
Stay updated with trending topics in Punjab (news, culture, social issues)
Handle posting schedule, consistency & content calendar
Analyze performance (views, reach, engagement) and optimize content
Collaborate with video editors & team for content production
Manage comments, DMs & audience engagement

Strong understanding of social media algorithms
Experience in handling podcast or content-based pages
Knowledge of viral content formats & hooks
Basic knowledge of video editing (Premiere Pro / CapCut)
