About the Opportunity
We are hiring an experienced and compassionate MD Physician to join a well-established Multispecialty Hospital in South Gujarat. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic clinical environment with exposure to both outpatient and inpatient care while collaborating closely with surgical and specialty teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Management
- Diagnose, evaluate, and manage patients across OPD and IPD settings.
- Develop evidence-based treatment plans and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor patient progress, modify treatment protocols when required, and maintain accurate medical records.
- Handle acute and chronic medical conditions with a patient-centric approach.
Inpatient & Critical Care Support
- Conduct daily patient rounds and oversee the medical management of admitted patients.
- Coordinate with nursing teams and specialists to ensure seamless patient care.
- Manage medical emergencies and provide timely clinical interventions when required.
Pre & Post Surgical Medical Care
- Evaluate patients for pre-operative medical fitness and risk assessment.
- Provide medical clearance for surgical procedures.
- Monitor post-operative patients and manage associated medical complications.
- Work collaboratively with surgeons, anesthetists, and specialty consultants to optimize patient recovery.
Patient Counselling & Communication
- Educate patients and their families regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, medications, lifestyle modifications, and preventive healthcare.
- Ensure clear, empathetic, and professional communication throughout the patient journey.
- Promote patient awareness regarding long-term disease management and wellness practices.
Preventive & Community Healthcare
- Participate in health awareness programs, screening initiatives, and community outreach activities.
- Support hospital-led medical camps and preventive healthcare initiatives.
- Contribute to improving overall community health outcomes.
Medical Governance & Quality Standards
- Maintain compliance with clinical protocols, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in clinical discussions, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to hospital policies.
Candidate ProfileEducation
- MD / DNB in General Medicine from a recognized institution.
- Valid State Medical Council Registration.
Experience
- Experience in OPD, IPD, and general physician practice preferred.
- Fresh MD candidates with strong clinical knowledge may also be considered.
