Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Optometrist to join our hospital team. The ideal candidate will perform comprehensive eye examinations, diagnose vision problems, prescribe corrective lenses, and work closely with ophthalmologists to provide excellent patient care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations.
- Diagnose and manage vision and eye health conditions.
- Prescribe eyeglasses and contact lenses.
- Assist in pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
- Educate patients on eye care and preventive measures.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Collaborate with the ophthalmology team and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Optometry (B.Optom/M.Optom).
- Valid registration/licensure as required by local regulations.
- 1–3 years of experience preferred (Freshers may apply if applicable).
- Strong communication and patient-care skills.
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary hospital environment.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
