About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced Java and JavaScript professional to join their team in a full-time capacity. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test Java and JavaScript applications, ensuring they meet the required standards and specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to improve the overall quality of the codebase
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, using debugging tools and techniques
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and API documentation
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Java and JavaScript, applying this knowledge to improve existing applications and develop new ones
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process, suggesting new tools and techniques to enhance efficiency and productivity
Requirements
- Have 7-13 years of experience in software development using Java and JavaScript
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Java 17 and JavaScript, including relevant frameworks and libraries
- Apply experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems
- Utilize excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions
- Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
