STEM & AI Trainer – Schools (Pune) Location: Pune, Maharashtra Job Type: Full-Time Salary: up to5Lpa About the Role We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic STEM & AI Trainer to conduct engaging learning sessions for students from Grades 1 to 10 across partner schools in Pune. The trainer will introduce students to STEM concepts, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Coding, and hands-on project-based learning through interactive classroom activities. Key Responsibilities - Conduct STEM, AI, Robotics, and Coding sessions for students - Deliver age-appropriate lessons using hands-on activities and practical demonstrations. - Guide students in building projects, models, and innovative solutions. - Support students in preparing for exhibitions, competitions, and presentations. - Maintain classroom discipline and create an engaging learning environment. - Coordinate with school management and teachers regarding session schedules and progress. - Track student performance and submit regular reports. - Ensure proper handling and maintenance of STEM kits, robotics equipment, and learning materials. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Robotics, or a related field. - Strong understanding of STEM education, Coding, Artificial Intelligence, or Robotics. - Excellent communication and classroom management skills. - Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner. - Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience is preferred. - Passion for working with school students and inspiring innovation. Preferred Skills - Knowledge of Scratch, Python, AI tools, Robotics platforms, or Arduino. - Experience conducting workshops, STEM labs, or school training programs. - Creative problem-solving and project mentoring abilities.
