JOB SUMMARY:
We are hiring highly motivated and target-driven Tele Sales Executives who are passionate about sales and closing deals. This role is strictly for candidates who are comfortable with pressure, targets, and performance-based earnings.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make 100–150 outbound calls daily to generate sales
- Pitch products/services confidently and handle objections
- Convert leads into paying customers (closing is the priority)
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Follow up aggressively with interested prospects
- Maintain strong pipeline and update CRM regularly
- Upsell and cross-sell to maximize revenue
PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS:
- Strict target-based role (no target = no growth)
- Consistent conversion ratio required
- Strong follow-up and closing skills mandatory

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Experienced in sales
- Fluent in Hindi / English (regional language is a plus)
SALARY & INCENTIVES:
- Fixed Salary + Uncapped Incentives
