Job descriptionResponsibilities:Contact prospective customers through inbound leads follow up on calls and emails (leads are provided).Converting the leads via Outbound callsExplaining the services and converting the provided leads into Sales.Understand customer needs and requirements and perform effective online demos to prospectsUse product knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to prospects (lead) Strong listening and presentation skillsClose sales and achieve monthly quotasUse database, CRM, or other software to track progress with new prospectsReport weekly sales goals and objectives to ManagersMaintain contact with existing clients to make sure they are satisfiedAttend training to stay up to date with the specifications of new products and service offeringsOutbound Sales requirements and qualificationsPrevious working experience as an Admission Counsellor/Outbound Sales for (3- 4) year(s)Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skillsActive listening skills confident and soft-spoken.Prompt problem-solving decision-making skills.Adaptability and accountability
