Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically proficient Office Executive with a Mechanical Engineering background to support manufacturing documentation, project coordination, and office operations. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of manufacturing processes, strong computer skills, and the ability to interpret technical documents and manufacturing-related photographs.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze manufacturing-related photographs and technical documents.
- Identify and understand manufacturing activities from engineering drawings, images, and process documents.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain technical records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using MS Office applications.
- Maintain data accuracy and ensure proper filing of project documents.
- Perform general office administration and support engineering-related activities as required.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or engineering-related role.
- Freshers with a minimum CGPA/GPA of 8.0 in their final year are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering documentation.
- Ability to identify manufacturing operations from photographs and technical documents.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of engineering drawings and manufacturing techniques.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
