- Develop creative design concepts as per client needs, budget, and timelines
- Prepare drawings, layouts, and 3D models
- Create mood boards, material boards, and client presentations
- Produce high-quality 3D visualizations
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and project teams
- Conduct site visits to monitor execution
- Prepare BOQs, specifications, and related documents
- Ensure timely and quality project completion
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD
- Good command of SketchUp
- Experience with Lumion
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
