Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Plant Head to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations at a modern production facility. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in plant management, production planning, Lean Manufacturing, automation, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complete plant operations, including Production, Maintenance, Quality, Stores, Dispatch, and Inventory.
- Develop and execute production plans to achieve daily and monthly production targets.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives including Kaizen, 5S, TPM, OEE, and Continuous Improvement.
- Optimize productivity, reduce manufacturing costs, and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage production planning, WIP, material flow, and inventory control.
- Oversee CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, laser cutting, robotic welding, powder coating, and assembly operations.
- Ensure machine uptime through preventive maintenance and effective resource planning.
- Lead and mentor a workforce of 100+ employees across multiple shifts.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and workplace safety regulations.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Design, Sales, and Quality teams to ensure timely production and dispatch.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
- Master's degree or Lean Manufacturing certification is an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate
- 12–18 years of experience in manufacturing and plant operations.
- Experience handling complete factory operations.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing large production teams.
- Hands-on exposure to advanced manufacturing processes and automation.
