Job Summary
Livestream Coffee is seeking a dynamic and people-oriented HR Generalist to support and strengthen all HR functions across our café operations and corporate teams. The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing blue-collar and frontline workforce requirements, recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, compliance, and employee relations. The role requires close coordination with café managers and department heads to ensure smooth workforce planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for café operations, support staff, and corporate positions.
- Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidate selection processes.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume hiring requirements.
- Coordinate joining formalities and onboarding activities for new employees.
- Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning.
Employee Onboarding & HR Operations
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
- Ensure timely issuance of appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, and other HR documents.
- Support employee lifecycle management from joining to separation.
Blue-Collar Workforce Management
- Handle recruitment and retention of café staff, kitchen staff, housekeeping, delivery, and support employees.
- Monitor attendance, absenteeism, attrition, and workforce productivity.
- Address employee grievances and workplace concerns promptly.
- Coordinate with café managers to maintain adequate staffing levels across locations.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
- Support initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and workplace culture.
- Conduct employee feedback sessions and engagement surveys.
- Promote company values and positive employee relations across all locations.
Performance Management
- Support performance review and appraisal processes.
- Track employee performance and probation confirmations.
- Assist managers in setting performance expectations and development plans.
HR Compliance & Policy Implementation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Support disciplinary procedures and policy implementation.
- Maintain HR records and reports required for audits and compliance reviews.
- Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures.
Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination
- Monitor attendance and leave records.
- Verify attendance data and payroll inputs before submission.
- Coordinate with payroll and finance teams for accurate salary processing.
- Resolve employee queries related to attendance, leave, and payroll.
HR Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports.
- Track recruitment metrics, attrition rates, absenteeism, and manpower status.
- Maintain HR dashboards and workforce data for management review.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of HR Generalist experience.
- Prior experience in the Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Retail, or Service Industry preferred.
- Good exposure to blue-collar workforce management is mandatory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
