Fashion Designer – Tech Packs & Fit (Hybrid)

We are currently developing our first limited drop, where every detail from fit to finishing matters.
Role Overview
This is a Hybrid Intern Role, on-site role focused on technical apparel design and execution. The designer will be responsible for creating clear, manufacturer-ready tech packs and supporting sample development for our collections.
This role is suited for someone who prefers working on real products, fit, and production rather than styling or purely conceptual work.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed tech packs for the brand
- Specs for Polo Shirts
- Smart casual shirts
- Define measurements, sizing, and fit guidance
- Recommend cotton-based fabric suitability (GSM, weave, finish)
- Support brand prototype and sample review
- Make minor fit and design corrections after sampling
- Ensure all designs are clear, accurate, and manufacturer-ready
What We’re Looking For
- Understanding of Polo shirts and casual shirts
- Knowledge of fit, sizing, and garment construction
- Ability to work with manufacturers and sampling teams
- Practical, execution-focused mindset
- Portfolio showing real apparel work (not illustrations only)
- Comfortable working on-site for 2 days in a week from the office in Bangalore
Experience is preferred but not mandatory. Skill, clarity, and execution ability are more important than years of experience.
Compensation
₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on skill and capability)
