We are hiring a driven and growth-focused Franchise Sales / Franchise Development Manager to expand our franchise network and drive business growth. The role involves identifying potential franchise partners, managing the end-to-end franchise sales cycle, and supporting new franchise onboarding and market expansion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads for franchise expansion opportunities
- Manage the complete franchise sales process from inquiry to closure
- Conduct franchise presentations, discovery meetings, and business discussions
- Evaluate potential franchise partners based on financial and operational capability
- Develop expansion strategies for target markets and territories
- Coordinate franchise agreement, documentation, and onboarding processes
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing franchise partners
- Collaborate with operations, marketing, and legal teams for successful franchise launches
- Achieve franchise sales and expansion targets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 3–8 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, expansion, or channel sales
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Understanding of franchise business models and expansion strategies
- Ability to travel for partner meetings and market visits
