About the Role:
We are a fast-growing tech and growth services company working with startups and businesses across development, QA, and marketing.
We are looking for a high-ownership Execution Operator who can take charge of daily operations, coordinate teams, and ensure smooth delivery—freeing up founders to focus on growth and partnerships.
This is not an admin role. This is a mini-COO / Founder’s Office role with real responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations & Execution
- Own daily task tracking across development, QA, and marketing teams
- Run standups and ensure task clarity + accountability
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively resolve them
- Ensure deadlines are met without constant founder involvement
2. Team Coordination
- Act as the bridge between founders, developers, marketers, and QA
- Guide junior team members and ensure structured execution
- Maintain clear workflows using tools like ClickUp / Notion / Jira
3. Client Communication (Basic to Intermediate)
- Share regular updates with clients
- Handle basic queries and follow-ups
- Escalate only critical issues to founders
4. Sales & CRM Support (Light)
- Maintain CRM (leads, pipeline, follow-ups)
- Ensure no lead or client follow-up is missed
- Support founders in deal tracking and scheduling
5. QA & Delivery Oversight (Basic)
- Ensure deliverables meet basic quality standards before client delivery
- Coordinate testing and feedback loops
- Flag issues early to avoid rework
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
- Founders are 80% less involved in daily operations
- Tasks are tracked, updated, and delivered without follow-ups
- Team works with clarity and accountability
- Client communication becomes smooth and predictable
- No missed deadlines or “last-minute chaos”
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years experience in startup / agency environment
- Strong in execution, coordination, and problem-solving
- Comfortable working across tech + marketing teams
- Good communication skills (written + verbal)
- High ownership mindset (“gets things done” attitude)
Bonus (Highly Preferred)
- Basic understanding of:
- Web/app development lifecycle
- QA/testing processes
- Digital marketing workflows
- Experience with tools:
- ClickUp / Notion / Jira
- CRM tools (Zoho CRM, HubSpot, etc.)
- Slack / WhatsApp Business
Who Should NOT Apply
- Looking for a “manager” title without execution
- Prefer structured corporate environments only
- Not comfortable handling multiple responsibilities
- Need constant guidance for day-to-day decisions
Compensation
- ₹10,000 – ₹40,000/month (based on experience)
- Performance-based growth and role expansion
