Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic HR Coordinator who is eager to learn, support the HR team, and grow within the organization. This role will primarily focus on Facility Management and Recruitment Coordination, while also supporting various HR operations and employee-related activities.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, willing to learn new processes, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Principal Accountabilities
- Support the HR team in day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities
- Coordinate and manage facility management activities and vendor support
- Handle day-to-day procurement activities and office administration support
- Support recruitment activities including interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and follow-up
- Assist in conducting new employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Maintain attendance validation for contractors and support related documentation
- Support payroll inputs and statutory compliance activities
- Maintain HR records, documents, and administrative procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable government regulations
- Coordinate with employees, vendors, and internal stakeholders for smooth HR operations
Education and Experience
Knowledge & Experience
- 1–3 years of relevant industry experience preferred
- Experience or exposure in Facility Management and Recruitment Coordination preferred
- Basic understanding of payroll processing and statutory compliance is an advantage
- Good interpersonal, coordination, and organizational skills
- Team player with a positive attitude and learning mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Formal Education & Certification
- Any Graduate (BBA, B.Com, BA, or equivalent)
- MBA/PGDM in HR specialization will be an added advantage
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor regulations preferred
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong willingness to learn and grow within the organization
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively with teams
Pay: Up to ₹350,000.00 per year
