Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and service current accounts in the Indian Market. We have customers that are leaders in the Cable Manufacturing Business in India.
- We are looking to scale our operations and seeking an ambitious and hungry candidate to support us service our existing customer base
- Develop and engage with relationships with existing key stakeholders to drive sales and better customer service
- Technical Knowledge of Electronics and Mechanical Systems to provide after-sales service.
- Cultivate new accounts in the region to enable better sales and further market penetration
- Execute & establish service solutions that are developed by the organization in the market to the key target clients in the region
- Maintain & enhance the relationship with existing large customers
- Be an independent worker and manage your own targets
Responsibilities and Duties
Education Requirements
- Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering Degree
Work Experience Requirements
- 2-2 years Experience servicing and maintaining Industrial Machinery
- Demonstrated on-the-job problem-solving experience.
- Experience in international business an asset.
- Experience in wire and cable industry a huge plus.
Skills
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Comfortable communicating directly with customers.
- Ability to work independently. Must be a self-starter.
- Familiar with industrial control systems.
- Familiar with Microsoft Software Suite.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Act as a liaison between the customer and Engineering to ensure all customer needs are documented and met.
- Install and service RSD equipment at customer locations.
- Work together with Engineering to assemble, fabricate and service components for machinery in the field.
- Regular travel to customer locations in India

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
