Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts & Administration Executive for our EdTech company serving schools and colleges.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and send invoices to clients
- Follow up with clients for pending payments
- Manage salary processing and payroll
- Handle bank cheque deposits and reconciliation
- Manage GST filing and basic tax compliance
- Maintain daily accounting records and expense reports
- Support administrative and financial operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in accounting or administration
- Knowledge of GST, billing, payroll, and banking processes
- Proficiency in Excel, Tally, or accounting software
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
Preferred Industry: EdTech / ERP / Service-based company
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
