Your work will help leaders make decisions faster, communicate clearly with the field, and track progress on high-visibility initiatives.
Role Overview
You'll partner day-to-day with onshore stakeholders to turn data into insights and insights into polished materials for both senior leadership and field audiences (e.g., Financial Advisors and regional leaders). This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with messy data, building clean narratives, and delivering high-quality outputs on deadline. You'll also look for opportunities to automate repeatable workflows (within firm-approved tools and governance) to improve speed, consistency, and control.

> Build field-facing materials for Financial Advisors and regional leaders that are practical, action-oriented, and easy to use.
> Deliver executive-ready materials for senior leaders with crisp storylines, accurate exhibits, and traceable back-up.
> Partner closely with onshore teammates to intake requests, clarify objectives, manage priorities, and communicate progress and risks proactively.
> Support ad-hoc analyses and time-sensitive leadership requests, including rapid-turn deep dives and presentation support.
> Own process documentation (runbooks, SOPs), version control, and backup coverage to ensure repeatability, resiliency, and auditability.
> Maintain a strong control mindset and comply with firm policies related to data handling, confidentiality, and records retention.
B. Strategic Storytelling & Executive Communication
> Translate complex analyses into clear, top-down storylines with a defined objective, audience, key messages, and recommendations.
> Draft and refine executive decks for senior leadership and internal forums, emphasizing message-led titles, logical flow, and visual clarity.
> Ensure exhibits are accurate, well-labeled, consistently defined, and traceable back to source data.
> Incorporate feedback efficiently from senior stakeholders and deliver polished final materials under tight timelines.
C. AI, Automation & Workflow Modernization
> Identify repetitive, rules-based steps in existing deliverables (e.g., report assembly, data checks, commentary drafting, deck refreshes) that are suitable for automation.
> Design and implement l Qualifications

> Working knowledge of SQL and/or Python for data extraction, analysis, or automation.
> Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to partner effectively with onshore stakeholders.
> High attention to detail, strong judgment, and comfort operating in a controlled, regulated environment.

> Experience building or supporting AI tools, automations, or workflow enhancements.
> Familiarity with Power Query, Power Automate, or similar automation tools.
