Attend and manage walk-in customers at the project sales office.
- Explain project details, configurations, pricing, amenities, and payment plans to prospective buyers.
- Conduct site visits and project presentations for clients.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, channel partners, and references.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with CRM, legal, accounts, and loan departments for smooth closure of deals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales updates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners and brokers.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidate should have prior experience working at a real estate site sales office.
- Should be fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills are essential.
- Candidates residing in Mumbai suburbs will be preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
